Michael Corwin
Michael Corwin founded SRV to share his 25 years of executive management and financing experience with companies looking for a seasoned professional. Michael has co-founded successful start-ups , raised financing and taken them public with a proven track record of success. He assists companies with strategic planning, advice on financing options, M&A, tactical analysis, implementation, and execution enabling the companies to grow, manage, and improve their performance.
Michael was Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance for the investment-banking firm Ferris, Baker Watts (acquired by RBC). He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Vyyo, Inc. (NASDAQ: VYYO) a leading edge broadband technology company and was the Vice President, Operations, for Harmony Management, Inc., a venture/private equity company. He was Chief Operating Officer of Nogatech, Inc. (NASDAQ:NGTC); a fabless video chipmaker acquired by Zoran, and was a Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer of The DSP Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSPG), a fabless semiconductor company in the consumer electronics industry.
Michael is on the advisory board of Acceleration Partners and is a board member of the private equity fund GVII.

Dr. Sergey Sablin
Dr. Sablin is a serial entrepreneur, a private investor, and a consultant in the biotech industry. He was a founder and CEO of Selena Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which had a successful exit of over $40M for it's investors having a total investment of $500K in development. Dr. Sablin is a co-founder of Medivation, Inc. (NASDAQ :MDVN), a biotech company Inc. that is a $4B corporation today. Dr. Sablin served as a board member of an Investment Committee at the Russian Venture Company, a government organization established to stimulate growth of the biomedical industry. Currently, Dr. Sablin serves as a board member for Medistem, Inc., (MEDS) a clinical stage San Diego based company, which is focused on the development of a the new type of the universal donor adult stem cell product for the therapy of a variety degenerative diseases. Prior to moving into biotech industry, Dr. Sablin was a research scientist at UCSF. Dr.Sablin received his PhD in biochemistry from the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Dr. Sablin is the author of over 40 scientific publications and patents.
Marcel Gozali
Marcel Gozali joined S.R. Ventures as a consultant in January 2013. Prior to that he spent 5 years gaining significant experiences in financial analysis, quantitative modeling and business model analysis in various roles including equity and credit research, commodities research, quantitative equity trading and risk management. Among the companies that Marcel has worked for are Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and ConocoPhillips. His academic work was honored by the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, and was published by the Undergraduate Economic Review, a global research journal.
